  • What are fine lines?

Fine lines are small, shallow lines that begin to appear as the skin naturally loses collagen, elastin, and hydration over time. Multiple sessions are often recommended for best results, along with maintenance over time.

  • What are acne scars?

Acne scars are textural changes left behind after breakouts heal. They can appear as indentations, uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, or areas where the skin surface looks irregular. Acne scars may develop from inflammation, deeper breakouts, genetics, or skin healing patterns.

Some pigmentation may improve significantly, while others may require ongoing maintenance.

  • What is skin laxity on the neck?

Sin laxity on the neck refers to loose, crepey, thinning, or less firm skin in the neck area. This commonly develops over time as collagen and elastin naturally decrease with age. Genetics, weight changes, sun exposure, and lifestyle factors can also contribute to loss of firmness and definition.

Depending on the severity of the concern and your goals, recommended treatments may include:

    • Sculptra

face

  • What Are Nasolabial Folds?

Nasolabial folds are the lines or creases that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. These folds naturally become more noticeable over time due to volume loss, collagen reduction, facial movement, genetics, and skin laxity. They can vary from mild to more defined depending on facial structure and aging patterns.

    Treatments We Offer

Depending on facial anatomy and severity, recommended treatments may include:

    • Dermal Filler

    • Sculptra

    • Radiesse

    • Skin Boosters

Please Note: Not all nasolabial folds are treated the same way. In many cases, surrounding areas of the face may need support rather than treating the fold directly. Every client’s anatomy is different, so treatment plans and results will vary. Some clients may require multiple sessions or a full face balancing approach for best results.

  • What is facial balancing / facial asymmetry?

Most faces naturally have some degree of asymmetry. Facial balancing focuses on improving harmony, proportion, and overall structure by enhancing features that may appear uneven, less defined, or disproportionate. Concerns can include differences in the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, profile, or overall facial proportions.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on your anatomy and goals, recommended treatments may include

    • Dermal Filler

    • Botox / Dysport

    • Sculptra

    • Radiesse

Please note: perfect symmetry does not naturally exist and the goal is enhancement and balance rather than perfection. Every face is unique, so treatment plans and results will vary based on anatomy, movement, and desired outcome. Some clients may benefit from multiple sessions or a staged treated plan for the most natural results. We recommend booking a consultation so we can assess your facial structure and create the best treatment plan for your goals.

  • What are hollow under eyes?

Hollow under eyes refer to a sunken or tired-looking appearance beneath the eyes caused by volume loss, genetics, facial structure, aging, or thinning skin in the under-eye area. This can create shadows, make dark circles appear more noticeable, and contribute to a fatigued appearance even when well rested.

    Treatments We Offer:
Depending on your anatomy and suitability, recommended treatments may include:

    • Dermal filler

    • PRP

    • PRF

    • Skin Boosters

Please note: Not every client is a candidate for direct under-eye treatment, and in some cases surrounding facial areas may need to be addressed for the best result. Results vary based on anatomy, skin thickness, genetics, and lifestyle factors. Multiple sessions or a combination approach may be recommended.

  • What are dark circles?

Dark circles refer to discoloration, shadowing, or a tired-looking appearance beneath the eyes. They can be caused by genetics, thin skin, hollowing, pigmentation, visible blood vessels, lack of sleep, allergies, aging, or lifestyle factors. In many cases, more than one cause may be contributing.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on the cause of the dark circles. Recommended treatments may include:

    • Dermal filler

    • PRP

    • Skin Boosters

    • Microneedling

Please note: Dark circles can be complex and may have multiple causes, which means not every treatment works for every client. Some clients may need a combination approach, while others may not be ideal candidates for injectable treatment in this area. Results vary based on anatomy, skin type, genetics, and lifestyle factors. Multiple sessions may be recommended.

  • What is skin laxity & drooping?

Skin laxity and drooping refers to a loss of firmness, support, and elasticity that can happen over time as collagen, elastin, bone support, and facial fat naturally change with age. This may appear as sagging skin, heaviness, softening of facial contours, jowling, loose neck skin, or an overall tired or aged appearance.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on the area, anatomy, and severity of the concern, recommended treatments may include:

    • Sculptra

    • Radiesse

    • Dermal filler

    • Microneedling

    • Skin boosters

    • PRP

Please note: aging concerns are often best treated with a customized combination approach rather than one single treatment. Results vary based on anatomy, skin quality, age, genetics, and lifestyle factors. Multiple sessions and ongoing maintenance are commonly recommended for best results.

  • What are nose concerns?

Some clients may feel their nose has a visible dorsal hump, a flatter or lower bridge, lack of profile definition, or a nose tip that appears drooped, round, or less refined. These concerns are often related to natural anatomy, genetics, previous injury, or age-related structural changes. Non-surgical treatment may help improve balance, profile, harmony, and definition in select candidates.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on anatomy and suitability, recommended treatments may include

    • Dermal filler

Please note: A consultation is required before booking this treatment as not every nose is suitable for this non-surgical treatment. Results vary based on anatomy, skin thickness, facial proportions, and desired outcomes. In some cases, surgical rhinoplasty may be more appropriate depending on the concern. Maintenance may be needed overtime. If you’ve had a surgical rhinoplasty in the past, we cannot perform this treatment.

  • What is TMJ / Face Slimming?

TMJ concerns often involve jaw tension, teeth grinding, clenching, headaches, or discomfort caused by overactive jaw muscles. In some clients, enlarged masseter muscles can also create a wider or heavier lower-face appearance.

Face slimming treatment focuses on relaxing the masseter muscle to create a softer, slimmer jawline appearance while also helping reduce tension-related symptoms in select clients.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on your concerns and anatomy, recommended treatments may include:

    • Dysport / Botox

Please note: results are temporary and develop gradually over time. Multiple treatments and ongoing maintenance are commonly recommended. Outcomes vary depending on muscle strength, facial anatomy, habits such as clenching, and treatment goals. This treatment is not a replacement for dental or medical care when underlying TMJ issues are present.

LIPS

  • What is this concern?

Some clients naturally have smaller lips, uneven lip proportions, or an M-shaped upper lip where the center appears tighter or more defined than the sides. Lips can also change over time due to aging, volume loss, previous filler history, or natural facial anatomy. Concerns may include lack of volume, uneven shape, poor definition, or lips that feel unbalanced with the rest of the face.

    Treatments we offer

Depending on your natural anatomy and desired result, recommended treatments may include:

    • Lip Filler

Please note: Every set of lips is unique and results depend on natural anatomy, tissue flexibility, starting size, and desired goals. Some shapes may require multiple sessions to build safely and achieve the most balanced result over time. Perfect symmetry is not always possible, as natural facial asymmetry is common.

  • What is a Gummy Smile?

A gummy smile is when more gum tissue shows above the top teeth while smiling than a client would prefer. This can happen due to natural li[ movement, strong upper lip muscles, lip anatomy, gum display, or dental and skeletal structure. For many clients, it is simply a natural feature, but some may wish for a more balanced smile appearance.

    Treatments we offer:

    • Dysport / Botox

Please note: results from injectable treatment are temporary and maintenance is required. Outcomes vary based on anatomy and smile movement.

hair

  • What is hair loss?

Hair loss can appear as thinning, shedding, widening of the part line, reduced density, or areas where the scalp becomes more visible. It may be caused by genetics, stress, hormonal changes, aging, nutrition, postpartum changes, or other underlying factors. Hair thinning can affect both men and women and may happen gradually or suddenly.

Please note: Hair growth is gradual and visible improvement often takes time. Multiple sessions are commonly recommended for best results, along with maintenance depending on the concern. Results vary based on the cause of hair loss, consistency or treatment, and individual response.

body

  • What is Hyperhidrosis?

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that goes beyond what the body needs for temperature control. It can affect areas such as the underarms, hands, feet, scalp, face, or other regions and may happen even when you are not hot or exercising. Excess sweating can impact comfort, confidence, clothing choices, and day-to-day activities.

    Treatments we offer:

Depending on the area being treated, recommended treatments may include:

    • Dysport / Botox

Please note: Results are temporary and maintenance treatments are typically needed to maintain improvement. Treatment timing, dosage, and response can vary depending on the area treated and individual factors. Some areas may require multiple sessions over time.

  • What is body botox?

Body botox refers to the use of botox / dysport in select body muscles such as the trapezius (traps) or calves. It is commonly used for slimming, contouring, muscle relaxation, tension relief, or creating a softer appearance depending on the treatment area and goals.

Trap botox may help reduce the bulky appearance of overactive trapezius muscles and can also also be requested by clients who experience shoulder tension. Calf botox is often chosen by clients looking to soften the appearance of prominent calf muscles.

    Treatments we offer

    • Dysport / Botox

Please note: Results are temporary and develop gradually over time. Multiple treatment sessions and maintenance are commonly required to maintain results. Suitability depends on muscle size, anatomy, movement patterns, and lifestyle. Outcomes vary from person to person, and not every client is an ideal candidate.

  • What is fat dissolving (PCDC)?

Fat dissolving using PCDC refers to injectable treatments designed to target small, stubborn pockets of fat. It is commonly used in select areas such as under the chin, lower face, or certain body areas to help refine contours and improve definition. PCDC treatments are typically best for localized areas rather than overall weight loss.

    Treatments we offer:

    • PCDC Fat Dissolving

Please note: Multiple sessions are commonly recommended for best results, with gradual improvement over time. Swelling, tenderness, and downtime can vary depending on the treatment area. Results vary based on anatomy, amount of fat present, lifestyle factors, and individual response. This treatment is not intended for weight loss or skin tightening.
